Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to the one-time purchase of a Full Color Report from AI Color Analysis. The free color analysis does not require payment. The Full Color Report is personalized digital content delivered to the purchasing account and is not a subscription.

Request Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@aicoloranalysis.net. Include the email used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, and the reason for the request. Do not send full card details.

We aim to acknowledge and review requests within three business days.

Refund Eligibility

We generally approve a full refund when:

• You were charged more than once for the same report.
• The purchase was unauthorized, subject to reasonable account verification.
• A technical failure prevents the paid report from being delivered or accessed and we cannot restore access within a reasonable time.
• The delivered paid report is materially different from the product description because of a service error.
• Applicable law gives you an additional refund or withdrawal right.

Because the report is personalized digital content made available immediately after payment, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a subjective style recommendation, or failure to follow the photo guidance is generally not refundable after the report has been delivered or accessed, except where required by law.

How Refunds Are Processed

Creem acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Creem checkout. Approved refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing usually takes 5-10 business days, although timing can vary by payment method and region.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the transaction, verify the account, or diagnose a delivery problem. Creem may also issue or manage refunds, chargebacks, and disputes under its terms, payment-network rules, or applicable law.

Access After a Refund or Dispute

When a purchase is refunded, charged back, or disputed, access to the corresponding paid report may be suspended or revoked. Your source photos remain subject to the shorter retention periods in our Privacy Policy regardless of refund status.
